It's sort of like The Secret Life of American Teenager except Katorse emphasizes heavily on morals and responsibilities and the characters are more realistic, Imo. I'm telling you, it's quite addicting. It's still airing and I believe there are 21 episodes (more or less 20 mins long) as of today.
Here is the gist of the story (my version):

Gabby (16) is in love with Marissa (16) who in turn is in love with Gabby’s older brother, Albert (17?) who then reciprocates that love. Gabby’s best friend, Jojo (16), tells him to find a girl who is head over heels in love with him so to forget Marissa. Enter Nene (14), a province girl whom Gabby and Albert have known as kids. They used to play a lot together when younger until the two boys left for Manila. Gabby even promised Nene, one time before he left, that he would marry her someday when both are older. One summer, Gabby and Albert return to the province for vacation after years of stay in the city. Gabby meets Nene for the first time in years and learns of her infatuation with him. Apparently, she hasn’t forgotten about his promise. Having his best friend’s advice in mind, he finally sees this as an opportunity to have fun and play. Of course that is just the introduction. A lot else has happened after that. For instance, the majority of this drama revolves around Nene’s pregnancy and her having an unwanted baby at 14/15 as well as the challenges she and Gabby face due to their age and maturity level. Meanwhile, Gabby struggles to face reality as Nene continues to deal with him and his ongoing obsession with Marissa. Jojo, on the other hand, falls for Nene and has become her go-to guy for comfort and support. How will Gabby and Nene now face pregnancy together when they do not even get along with each other? With Marissa and Jojo still in the picture, will they ever learn to love one another?
